I am so grateful Ashley is sleeping through the night. This will allow her to grow faster and it will give me more energy to accomplish my goals.

I'm grateful for our new home, and the means to furnish and decorate it to our liking and style, through the support and guidance of our family and friends.

Monty's health is better and he has plenty of energy to continue to promote the sport of paintball and be a positive influence in other people's lives.

I appreciate all the social invitations we have been receiving. The people I choose to spend time with keep me refreshed, renewed and invigorated.

- I am grateful for the positive people coming into my life.

- I have so many talented writers surrounding me, looking to me for mentoring, guidance and support. This provides me with bountiful opportunities to do what I love.

- I am able to manifest everything I want in my life and it comes to me easily. I am confident in these abilities and take it all in stride, thanking the Universe and God for these blessings.

- Money-making opportunities surround me.

-My husband does so much work around the house to help me manifest beautiful, pristine surroundings.

- My vision board is becoming easier to create with all the resources coming into my life.

My Journey as the Abundant Writer

Three months ago, I made the acquaintance of Life & Business Development Coach JS Perkins. She asked a Question of the Day every morning on Twitter and I looked forward to answering.

One morning, she asked, "Do you have everything you desire in life?" After careful thought, I replied, "Yes. Well, everything except a house."

She wrote back and said what I'd heard many times before: "This is the perfect time to buy."

I shot back my laundry list of tired excuses:

- "We can't get a mortgage because I'm self-employed."
- "Long Island is too expensive."
- "Housing prices aren't done dropping."
- "We can't afford it," and blah blah blah.

But in my litany of "can'ts," JS detected something in me that had more potential than even I have dreamed possible.

A few weeks later, I began her 12-week e-course, The Secret Abundance Files.

Two weeks later, we were approved for a mortgage.

We are set to close approximately two weeks after I conclude the course.

- I am grateful to be enjoying Breyers vanilla ice cream on two chocolate cookies -- and to eat whatever I want and still stay slim this summer.

- I am grateful I have a wonderful group of friends and family willing to watch Ashley so I can work.
